These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of IELTIFY - IELTS Training App and related services ("Service") provided by Baseline Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or related systems.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure.

4. Educational Content and AI Feedback

IELTIFY - IELTS Training App provides practice materials, scoring, and AI-assisted feedback for learning purposes. Results are estimates and do not guarantee any specific IELTS exam outcome. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by IELTS, British Council, IDP, or Cambridge.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Purchases are processed through the applicable app store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are subject to the app store's terms and policies unless otherwise stated in the app.

6. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertisements. Your interaction with ads is subject to the policies of the relevant advertising partners.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, content, branding, and design, is owned by Baseline Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as recordings and written responses. You grant us a license to host, process, and analyze that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baseline Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Baseline Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
